The Haunted Castle is a special area hidden within the Jungle.
Features Edit
- The Haunted Castle allows you to unlock one of the hidden characters by freeing them from the coffin at the top of the castle.
- The Haunted Castle is guaranteed to contain a lot of monsters suitable for sacrifice and is a good place to attempt to please Kali .

The following monsters may be encountered within The Haunted Castle:
- Green Knights
- Black Knight
- Frogs
- Fire Frogs
- Mantraps
- Piranhas
- Bats
- Snails
- Monkeys
- Jiang Shi
- Vampire
- Skeleton
Traps Edit
The following traps can be found within The Haunted Castle :
- Spikes - Death to fall upon.
- Spear Traps - Spiky tiki totems.
- Moat - A moat will always be outside the Haunted Castle and can contain pirahna.
- Portcullis - Upon entering the castle the doors will slam shut behind you and require a bomb to enter or exit.
Secret Character Edit
You can free the black secret character simply by reaching the top left of the Haunted Castle and releasing him from his coffin. You can avoid the bulk of the castle if you have at least one rope and a bomb and simply climb on top of the castle to above his coffin's location. After freeing him all future coffins will simply contain naked helpers.
TriviaEdit
- You can only access the Haunted Castle during the course of the Jungle's Restless Dead event : this area is completely optional.
- It is also possible the Black market can be reached on this level.
