Have you ever noticed that most of the spelunkers other than the four you start with are smiling when the previously mentioned four aren't? Wutnold124 (talk) 05:07, August 10, 2013 (UTC)

So I got Spelunky on the PS3 and PSVITA and when it gets to Spelunker Select The Ninja, Round Boy, Round Girl, Cyclops, The Viking and a couple others I think... Anyway, I was looking on the Spelunkers Page on this Wiki and it says I have to unlock them, but if I have to unlock them, why are they ready to be selected from the get-go? Is it a glitch? • Unless Blitworks left all the QA testing to the work experience kid, I'm fairly sure that it wouldn't be a glitch.
I remember Andy Hull was saying that the PSN version had all of the DLC included as standard, so I just assumed it was the same deal as the Steam version wherein you have to unlock stuff. But perhaps the PSN version is modelled after the XBLA version instead, in that the Characters are unlocked immediately just by owning the DLC.
Has anyone else played the PSN game and can either confirm or contradict this? // TenhGrey (talk) 19:28, September 13, 2013 (UTC)
    • I guess that makes since. I can still unlock Characters like: "Lime", "Purple", "Yellow", "Van Helsing", "Cyan" and a couple others, but the ones that were DLC for the XBOX360 Version were just unlocked. Gamer68 (talk) 01:19, September 14, 2013 (UTC)

Fixing the table. Edit

So, the table on this page is all kinds of screwed up. If you view the PC & PSN page, you see the text in the "unlock" row being cut off. If you view the XBLA version, the text on that row overlaps the next rows. I have no idea how to fix it. 09:21, May 22, 2015 (UTC) Skullcrusher

  • I am aware of the recent formatting changes the Wikia Staff have applied to the site which has disrupted much of the page layouts on this wiki for desktop viewers. The enlarged font size is not intended behaviour and as I understand it, wikia staff are working on a fix for the desktop version. I was planning on waiting until the final version of the formatting changes is rolled out before I optimise the page around it, otherwise the edits may end up making the problem worse.
In short, the problem is with Wikia messing around with the site-wide settings, not with the page's own formatting, so we may as well wait for them to finish messing everything up before we rewrite the whole wiki again. // TenhGrey (talk) 19:31, May 22, 2015 (UTC)
