Spawning
(Entity name)s are found primarily in the first three levels of Dwelling, becoming more common as the Spelunker delves deeper.
If you can, please list the spawn chances in a table.

If they spawn elsewhere, specify.
(Entity name) can also spawn in Tide Pool in the event of a "The Dead are Restless!" Level Feeling, with a 1/N chance of spawning on a valid space in the bigroom that spawned. They also appear from coffins summoned by Anubis II
If it doesn't spawn normally, do something special. If it's an easy one, like how Celestial Jellies spawn, write a quick paragraph. If it's complicated, do something like what was done for the Mummy (2) page.
Behavior
Usually, I structure the behavior section like this:
-Health and contact damage
-Behavior prior to seeing the spelunker
-Behavior after seeing the spelunker and/or attacks
-Immunities and notable things like ways to instakill them or blood farming etc.
Again, this isn't rigid, and I suggest and probably even recommend writing your way and whatever feels best.
