Neo Babylon is the final main area of the caves in Spelunky 2.
Geography
Neo Babylon contains tight passageways and small pockets, most comparable to the Temple in Spelunky HD. Lava pools are present in some areas. After Level 6-3, you will be present in Tiamat's Throne.
